In 1972, when my father Pepe Lozano opened the doors of this jewelry store in Alginet, Valencia, the world was very different. Quartz watches barely existed — they were all automatic or manual-wind, and every piece of jewelry was made with an artisanal dedication that is difficult to find today. That spirit of doing things right, without taking shortcuts, is what we continue to maintain more than 50 years later.

A truly family-owned jewelry store

I am José, the second generation of Joyería Pepe Lozano. Together with a team of three, I ensure that every customer receives exactly what they are looking for — jewelry of real quality, with all the attention and care that an important purchase deserves.

We are not a big-box retailer or an online warehouse without a face or a voice. We are three people who know every product they sell, who respond to WhatsApp personally, and who have spent decades helping families throughout the area choose the perfect jewelry for the most important moments of their lives.

Every piece of jewelry you will find at Pepe Lozano is exactly what it claims to be — genuine 925 sterling silver, real 18-karat gold, with its certificate of authenticity and its hallmark. We do not sell plating that peels off, steel passed off as silver, or materials of questionable origin. What you see is what you get.

To bring you the most beautiful and exclusive models, we collaborate with artisanal jewelry workshops from all over the world — Italy, Spain, and other countries with a long tradition in jewelry. We personally select each model, looking for designs you won't find in other jewelry stores, pieces with personality that are worth it.

The result is an exclusive collection that changes and is constantly renewed, always with the same philosophy: quality, authenticity, and design.

We trust the quality of every product so much that we offer something few jewelry stores do: we take care of managing any warranty issue free of charge. If something goes wrong in the first two years, we take care of everything — the shipping, the coordination with the manufacturer, the solution — without you having to worry or pay anything extra.
