Refund policy

Products can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase. In case of exchange, the round-trip shipping costs are borne by Joyería Pepe Lozano, if it is a definitive return, the shipping cost would be paid by the buyer, sending them in their original case and without any marks of use, and We will make the refund once we receive the package.

In case you receive a defective or damaged product during transportation, contact us and we will exchange it for you with the shipping cost borne by Joyería Pepe Lozano.
