Refund policy

Products can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase. In the case of an exchange, the round-trip shipping costs are borne by Joyería Pepe Lozano. Send us the product in its original case and with no marks of use, and we will issue the refund once we receive the package.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit, contact us and we will exchange it for you, with the shipping cost borne by Joyería Pepe Lozano.
